Pay it forward

One of the best things you can do as a boss is pay it forward.

My first job in Asia was with a new men's fashion startup called 'Stuart & Lau'.

They make sick men's bags and accessories; check them out!

I found the job through my school (HKU), which essentially introduced me to digital marketing.

Since then, I've gone on to do interesting work in really big companies as a social media manager, PR manager, and Marketer.

Managing my own teams along the way.

But without this endorsement, it would've been a lot harder.

Crucially on a personal level, it also encouraged me to go down the path in the first place.

If you're a boss, paying it forward is probably the most rewarding thing you can do.
