Money Can't Buy Creativity

"Chinese companies are good at doing more with less—and at using any means necessary."
This is from an Atlantic article on Chinese AI upstart DeepSeek.
Some people see being 'cheap' as a negative.
In fact, this is a really good trait to have!
Especially in business.
DeepSeek hit the headlines recently because it said its chat app AI's LLM was built with $5.6 million, a fraction of the amount rivals have spent.
For context, ChatGPT maker OpenAI has spent billions.
Whatever the real numbers, what can't be denied is that how impressive it is considering the U.S. curbed chip exports to China three times in three years.
Doing more with less is something people should aspire to not only to reduce cost.
More importantly, it drives creativity.
That's something money can't buy.
