My overall thinking is this: you launch to learn, not to “win the day”.
Real traction comes after the launch, when you start seeing what sticks, what breaks, and what people actually want.
Too many founders overthink v1. Polish the edges. Delay for weeks.
But the truth is: the market doesn’t care about your roadmap, it cares if you solve a real problem.
Launch fast. Ship messy. Iterate in public.
What matters is how you move after.
