I think a lot of people miss the mark when commenting on certain indie hacker success.
You’re not really competing to be the best engineer in the room.
You’re not a conventional marketer anymore either.
And “creator” alone misses the commercial/product side.
You’re a builder in the broader sense.
You can spot an idea, turn it into a product, design and position it, ship it, market it, make content around it, sell it, look at the numbers, and iterate.
Two years ago several of those steps required other people; now you can run essentially the entire loop yourself.
And the best ones just do it better.
Isn't that complicated.
