Grinding

Grinding 24/7 is a myth.
Believe me I'm the biggest proponent of working hard.
It does make a huge difference when you work more hours than the next person.
But the older I get, the more I realize that real growth comes from a cycle of intense effort and deliberate recovery.
Skip the second half and the first half stops working.
Push hard during focus sprints, then step back so your brain integrates the lessons and your body re-charges.
You can’t run a marathon at full sprint; schedule non-negotiable recovery blocks with the same discipline you give sales calls.
And when you do log off, you will for sure bring fresher ideas to the table.
Whatever you do to switch off, don't forget it.
