Putting my 2026 goals out there. 🎯
This year is about focus and compounding the things that already work.
1) First, business.
The goal is simple. 5x revenue across the agency, and the apps. Media AI and Launch in particular.
2) Second, distribution.
10k newsletter subscribers and 10k followers across X, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn. Not chasing vanity. Building a real audience that compounds with everything I ship.
3) Third, skills.
Going deeper on AI and code. Vibe coding changed how I build in 2025. In 2026, I want that to be second nature. Faster ideas to product. Less friction between thinking and shipping.
4) Fourth, life.
Learn French. Slowly, imperfectly, but consistently. Travel more. A proper USA trip. Time with people building interesting things.
Overall build leverage, own distribution, keep learning and stay curious.
