Charge More

One of the biggest businesses make: they charge too little (or not at all)
I charge for my time (paid consultation). Probably could charge a lot more too.
Why? Because:
a) Time is precious
b) I have a lot of value to offer
By all means, give value for free where appropriate.
I share a lot of free value in my email newsletter for example.
But, at some stage, you must convert time and resources into money.
You won't be around if you're not looking at things from a sales and commercial perspective.
It's also worth thinking about ways to generate revenue.
That's consulting (agency) and software (apps) for me.
Both work hand in hand.
If you look at the best businesses, products, and services together, is the winning formula.
How are you generating revenue? And are you driving hard enough?
