How much does your environment affect your work?
I think about this a lot, especially with options now to work from anywhere.
I work at home, at cafes, co-working spaces, airplanes...you get the picture.
And from an organizational perspective, there's always a balance between the company and its employees.
Yet both have to be motivated to win.
We have to be inspired to do our best work.
For me, I work in places where I feel productive.
Places like 'my office' above have plenty of natural light, fresh air, and animals (dogs!).
I don't want to sit in a 'cube,' and I imagine most people don't either.
At the end of the day, it comes down to one thing.
Go where you do your best work.
