Asking for Help

How do you know what people want?

Turns out, the best way is just to ask them.

Coming from the consumer electronics/hardware space, we (aka the engineers!) usually built products from a fixed BOM (bill of materials).

Then us Marketers crafted campaigns around that.

With software however, you have to almost work backwards.

And asking customers is one way to help shape up your product.

In life, you'd be surprised how many people don't ask.

I've never found anybody that didn't want to help me if I asked them for help.

You could say asking for help is a superpower.
