Apologizing

Yesterday, Tech YouTuber Marques Brownlee aka 'MKBHD' recently was caught driving 96 mph in a 35 zone.

Regrettable, but if we admit, we've all done speeding and shared this remorse.

That aside, Marques did the right thing with this public apology.

A good apology should:

- Admit wrongdoing

- Own the mistake

- Aspire to do better

You'd be surprised how many get this wrong.

Trying to use corporate speak or apologise with an agenda doesn't work.
